RJD Leader Murder: The latest incident that took place in Bihar's capital Patna on Wednesday (September 10) evening has shaken the entire state. RJD leader and property dealer Rajkumar alias Ala Rai was shot dead amidst the election atmosphere. This incident has not only created a sensation in political circles but has also raised serious questions about the security system of Bihar. The way the criminals killed the leader by firing from close range and fled from the spot has exposed the law and order situation.
According to the police, the attackers carried out this murder after planning it thoroughly. After the incident, there was chaos in the area, shopkeepers pulled down their shutters and people hid in their homes. The injured leader was taken to the hospital but he died on the way. Patna East SP Parichay Kumar said that the footage of the area is being scanned immediately after the incident. Eyewitness statements are being recorded and the police claim that the criminals will be identified soon.
After the murder of the RJD leader, the political atmosphere has heated up. A large number of RJD workers and supporters gathered at the hospital and the incident spot. They demanded immediate action from the administration and alleged that the courage of criminals is continuously increasing.
Locals said that during the incident, continuous gunfire was heard in the area. This turned the entire atmosphere into a state of panic. People hid in their homes and shopkeepers pulled down their shutters. This incident has further deepened the concern about the safety of common citizens.
At present, the police have claimed that the criminals will be arrested soon. But this brutal murder of the RJD leader has once again put the law and order of the capital in the dock. Amidst the ever-increasing crime, both the public and the leaders are feeling insecure.
